Charge:

Manufacturing methamphetamine.

Client was caught red-handed in possession of half-cooked methamphetamine.  Jury convicted, but on appeal, conviction was overturned due to violation of client’s speedy trial rights.  District Court Judgment REVERSED.  CHARGES DISMISSED.
