Charges:  Client charged with three felony drug offenses, including Class C felony manufacturing methamphetamine with intent to deliver.  Class C offense dismissed, and other felonies amended to serious misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine and serious misdemeanor tampering with anhydrous ammonia tank.  Defendant received suspended sentence, probation, and credit for time served.
